A. Scope
SOLiD is a data controller for purposes of the Policy. The policy covers the information we collect about
you in connection with our business, which does, or can be used to identify you as an individual
(“Personal Data”). It does not apply to information that cannot reasonably identify you as an individual.
For example, but without limitation, aggregated anonymous data, computer operating systems,
aggregated preferences, vehicle identification numbers, etc. are not Personal Data.
Our website (www.solid.co.kr) is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly
obtain Personal Data from such individuals. The policy applies to any visitor to our website.

We collect Personal Data that you may provide on our website and offline in connection with any
inquiries, tradeshows or industry conferences. Information collected about your use of our website may
be combined with personal or other information about you from other online or offline sources. We also

contractual relationship with SOLiD then your Personal Data may be used to contact your for follow up
meetings or information, to judge your suitability for any open positions or relationships, and to cooperate
with government authorities related to labor, hiring, immigration, discrimination and other rules and
regulations.
